Our Sage Stick Making Workshop is an opportunity to learn about the uses, benefits, and history of smudge sticks. We will drink homemade lemongrass tea to begin the class while we set our intentions and create our own smudge sticks to take home. Everyone will have sage, lavender, and mint to choose from and all supplies will be provided. The class will conclude with a guided mindful meditation, so don't forget to bring along a yoga mat or blanket to relax on.
Sage stick burning, also known as smudging, has a robust history in ancient ritualism and Native American spirituality. They have an endless amount of benefits for every individual. Some important benefits to note are: purifying spaces, charging and cleansing objects, boosts energy and mood, improves sleep, calms the spirit through aromatherapy, and much more.
